When the delivery period starts
The delivery period begins after acceptance of the proposal, receipt of the agreed payment and completion of essential materials and requirements. Submitting a scope request alone does not start this period.
Stages
Work proceeds through scoping, confirmation, implementation, review and delivery. The proposal defines revision rounds and acceptance criteria for each stage.
Files or links are delivered electronically through the approved project channel. A reference copy of deliverables and approvals is retained according to the privacy policy’s retention period.
Delayed customer inputs
If customer materials or approvals are delayed, the delivery date changes reasonably. The team explains the impact and proposed date instead of leaving the order without an update.
