Nature of the website
Strategy to Knowledge Office for Communications and Information Technology is the STK Lite operator, service provider and contracting party. Prices are calculated from selected options and fixed with the scope when an order is created. The amount displayed at the payment step is the approved amount for that order, with no VAT added because the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has classified the business as not subject to it.
Creating an order alone does not charge money or guarantee that work will begin. When live payment is available, an order becomes paid after the customer accepts the terms, completes payment and the payment is verified through Moyasar or the chosen installment provider (Tabby or Tamara). The service description, deliverables, timing and exclusions remain part of the order scope.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide accurate information and materials they have the right to use, appoint an authorized approver and respond to clarification requests within agreed timeframes.
STK Lite does not request passwords, verification codes or card details in notes. Sensitive integration credentials are transferred through a secure channel specified by the delivery team.
Order confirmation and payment receipt
When transactional email is configured, STK Lite may send an order acknowledgement summarizing the scope and price. This message is not proof of payment, an invoice or a payment receipt.
After the server verifies payment with Moyasar or the installment provider (Tabby or Tamara), STK Lite may send a payment receipt containing the order reference, transaction ID, amount and a safe payment-method summary. The receipt reflects the fixed order amount without adding VAT and is not a tax invoice, because the business is not subject to VAT according to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority notice.
Intellectual property
Tools and components developed by Strategy to Knowledge Office for Communications and Information Technology before an order remain its property. Rights to custom deliverables transfer as specified in the proposal and after payment of the amount due, subject to third-party rights and license terms.
Service limitations
Services do not include guaranteed commercial outcomes or decisions by external platforms. Each proposal defines its scope, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and all orders created through STK Lite are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes not resolved amicably through support are referred to the competent judicial or administrative authority in Saudi Arabia. If the Arabic text and a translation differ, the Arabic text prevails.
